Terms of Use
(EULA)

By downloading or using the RotaFit app ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you and RotaFit.

1. Medical Disclaimer

RotaFit is a personalized fitness and nutrition planning tool. We are not a medical organization and cannot provide medical advice or diagnosis. The generated workout and diet plans are for informational purposes only.

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. RotaFit shall not be held liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from the use of the programs provided by the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store / Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
  • Subscription management and payment processing are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.

3. User Responsibilities & Account

You must provide accurate and updated information regarding your physical health profile, allergies, and injuries. RotaFit is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by plans generated from inaccurate user input.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, algorithm outputs, texts, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to RotaFit. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
  • Harass, abuse, or send threatening messages to other users or RotaFit staff through the PT Chat feature.

6. PT Coach Chat

RotaFit provides access to certified personal trainers through an in-app chat feature. Please note:

  • PT Coach advice is for fitness and nutrition guidance only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • Response times may vary. RotaFit does not guarantee immediate responses.
  • Chat messages are stored securely and may be reviewed for quality assurance purposes.
  • Inappropriate or abusive messages may result in account suspension.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

Upon confirmation, your account will be deactivated immediately and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Apple App Store & Google Play Compliance

  • Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and RotaFit only, and not with Apple or Google. RotaFit is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Maintenance and Support: Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
  • Warranty: RotaFit is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. Apple and Google will have no warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Product Claims: You acknowledge that RotaFit, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Apple's subsidiaries, and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that they will have the right to enforce the EULA against you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RotaFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
