Deletion Request
RotaFit users can request full deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your RotaFit account and all associated data:

Open RotaFit App — Launch the RotaFit application on your device and navigate to your profile / settings page.

Go to Settings — Tap the "Settings" (Ayarlar) option from the profile menu.

Tap "Delete Account" — Scroll down and select the "Delete Account" (Hesabı Sil) button at the bottom of the settings page.

Confirm Deletion — You will be asked to confirm your identity and acknowledge that this action is permanent and irreversible.

Account Deleted — Once confirmed, your account and data will be queued for deletion and processed within 30 days.
Alternative: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to us. Please include your registered email address or user ID in the request.

The following data types are permanently deleted when your account is removed:

| Gamification Data | XP points, league rankings, badges, streaks | Deleted |
| Health & Fitness Data | Step count history, health conditions, injury records | Deleted |
| Authentication Tokens | Login sessions, Google/Apple sign-in tokens | Deleted |
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period due to legal, regulatory, or security requirements:

Deletion Timeline
Once a deletion request is confirmed:

Immediate — Your account is deactivated and you are logged out of all devices. You will no longer be able to sign in.

Within 30 days — All personal data listed above is permanently deleted from our servers. This process is irreversible.

Retained data — Purchase records and security logs are kept for the periods specified above, then automatically purged.
